Thank you so much for explaining which muscles are actually going to be worked out within the first five seconds of the video. Get sick of having to wait and wait and wait a whole video to actually find out what part of our body where working out and learning more about the muscle types etc.

Just did this workout and love it! I have like 0 arm strength and I really think doing this workout a couple times a week on the end of cardio will help!

Thank you so much for this. I'm on day 3 of doing workouts at home to relieve my hunched shoulders and strengthen them. I've been using your video to help me get a proper workout.

Is this video alone going to work well for me though? Say I do this video once a day? I stress all the time that I'm not doing enough but I find just doing this really tiring.
