I am suffering from straight neck pain goes to my left shoulder and arm . Started your exercises a month ago and it’s working better than physical therapy I had before. Thanks for making this shoulder workout video.

I tried this for a week!!
Here are my results!

Day 1: ✅ this really burned today but I can tell it’s a good workout!! My goal is to get the full 90 degree shoulders!
Day 2: ✅ still burned today and no difference because it’s only day 2
Day 3: ✅ getting a bit easier to do and I’ve been bopping to these songs
Day 4: ✅ halfway there!! Went by much quicker today!
Day 5: ✅ had a bit of a stressful day today so it was nice to feel the burn during the workout!
Day 6: ✅ still felt the burn but it’s getting more tolerable
Day 7: ✅ I can’t believe I stuck with it! I took before and after pics and I didn’t really see much of a difference within one week but it kept my arms toned and it kept my shoulders original form which they were a bit 90 degree angled to start!! But I’m proud of myself for completing the challenge!

I’ve always struggled with having a tight neck and major aches and pains in my shoulders for years and I’ve been doing this workout every day for almost 2 weeks and OMG it’s a miracle!! I no longer wake up feeling tight and sore and I actually look forward to doing this workout because of the difference it has made in my life. Thank you!🙏🏽

Plus sized person here. Been doing this for the past 2 weeks or so, haven’t been looking in the mirror much but it did help slim down some of the fat around the armpit and arms !

I been doing this at least once or twice daily, it was a huge struggle at first since I kept getting exhausted so quickly. Now I can keep up and barely feel the burn.

I suffer from scoliosis so this workout has been great just a couple times and I already notice less pain and roundness in my shoulder. God bless!

ive been doing this workout for about 2-3 weeks (skipping the weekends) and i see results, super happy bc my arms and shoulders are a big insecurity for me and i already feel more confident!!

30 years of chronic pain and after just a set of 10 of anything my neck and arms…I would look like I had muscular dystrophy. I’ve been listening to trauma healing and nerve healing binaural beats and I’ve been doing exercises. So so so excited

ever since I was twelve i've been struggling with feeling insecure about my shoulders. I feel like looking fat has a lot of impact on the way i'm treated and i always cover my arms because of my shoulders. I'm 13 and I got fatshamed by my friend. I'm a little overweight but i cover my stomach a lot, i know he brought it up because I had my shoulders out. I was honestly sad but it doesn't no good. If i'm not happy with it i have the power to change it. I will be doing thing every day until thanksgiving break is over. (No clue when it ends but it starts next week.) I will be writing my progress in here for motivation or to just encourage other people

I've been doing this for like a month and i can see results like i lost all the fat in my arm pits and in my back and my collarbones are visible but i didn't get 90 degree shoulder till now so i will do it until i get full results byby

Keeping track of the progress/results!
6/11: ✅ difficult! my arms started feeling tired at around 3 minutes, but I pushed through.
6/12: ✅ a little easier! feeling a little more confident about my arms :)
6/13: ✅ did 1.5 workouts!
started the slim arms workout instead because that's more in line with what I want!
