Dude I've been considering going to Full Body in a similar style to this after spinning my wheels on PPL for a while. The internet has so much opinion everywhere I was second guessing my decision and then your video just popped up for me, this is exactly what I needed to see today! I'm about to go do my 3rd FB session later and I'm more motivated than ever.

I said I'd comment in 3 months with the results of trying this. I've had the quickest strength gains on this out of the past 2 years on a similar setup. For anyone stumbling onto this content, give this a go!

Just wanted to check are you still making progress with 1 set per movement and have you considered upping it to 2 on certain things at any point?

Is upper lower rest fb rest fb rest repeat good or should I just do fb 3x a week? I would love to run fb rest repeat but my gym is closed on sunday😔

Do you notice more overuse injuries (sore elbows, shoulders and knees) with this split due to the high frequency?

Does having 3 rotation can help with plateau. I try 2 rotation for fb and it on a plateau rn.
