Great content and super helpful! As someone with several surgeries and major injuries the conventional gym workouts are just simply not the best or safest ideas as it puts too much isolated stress on injured areas. I first saw your channel and was instantly hooked. Mace bells have improved my range of motion, as well as helped strengthen injured joints. Literally life changing. Thank you for your awesome channel!

Just got my first macebell (15lbs). I'm a bigger guy who spent a lot of time working out when I was younger. As a new dad I haven't been in the gym in way too long. As I get older I find myself wanting to focus on more functional movements and longevity. I love the feeling I get from this exercise.

15lbs is a lot more than I expected initially so I have a 10lb on the way to ease myself in and warmup. This thing is kicking my ass, I love it!

I love your videos. Very helpful after I tripped over a deal on a 20 lb mace bell. 20 lb was a lot for me, I'm quite small and 45 years old, but I've managed to get it going without injury thanks to your clear instruction. LET'S FUCKING GO!

Wonderful, I realised after watching this I was holding the handle too far down, having torn my shoulder twice this will help massively in supporting healthier shoulders. Thank you 🤙

Thank you for the tutorial, Sir. I was actually attempting this with an 8 pound sledgehammer this morning, as I do not yet own a macebell. I was looking for a tutorial, and boom...here it is!

Hi I trained today with an Inox M36 threaded rod with a weight of approx. 7.6 kg according to your instructions. Approx. 8 minutes with 2 longer breaks and I am excited about the sore muscles. Later I can weld additional weights on an M36 nut and screw on the part Thanks for the workout. I live in Switzerland and am a locksmith welder by trade

Thank you for the tutorial. It's amazing how with a simple swing you can engage do many muscles. Also they way the joints work here is more natural than in many other exercises I've seen or tried.
