That is great! I have 3 kettlebells, a club and a mace. From a enjoyment perspective, nothing beats the mace! It is also curious how more complex the beginner mace workout seems compared to the other two. Thanks for the content! Cheers!

I just ordered my first Mace (wish I had seen your reviews on Amazon maces first, but oh well). Thanks for showing some beginner friendly stuff. Really stoked to start learning how to use it and implement in my training.

Question to the Slide&Catch (and pardon my English); how much should our legs move? Do we work from our backs, or is some leg movement (eg. Quadriceps?) also involved or allowed? What I mean is when I try to do it, I instinctivly go a bit down with my legs in a sort of squatting movement. Should that be avoided?
