Hip Extension Mobility - Deep Lunge Stretch
- Start in push up position with core and glutes engaged
- Bring one foot up to the outside of the same sided hand, while keeping the spine neutral and core engaged
- When in position, engage glute to feel stretch in opposite side front of hip
- Rock in and out gently, while cycling full inhale and exhale cycles. Perform 5 times on each leg
