run, completely relaxing the upper belt. upper limbs. run, letting your arms dangle freely. run using only the strength of your legs. like a centaur, an antelope. I once saw this advice on YouTube. I tried it and liked it. With this method of running, you get tired and spend less energy while running.

So would you do this as alternating sets per leg, or how would one progress to alternating legs? As in: Focus on repping out left first, then switching over, or could it be done in a left, right, left etc manner. If so, to which count!
