5 Drills To Get Faster Feet

Here are 5 simple exercises that can increase your foot speed and agility. These exercises are even more challenging when performed on the beach or sand due to the added resistance. Each exercise should be executed with maximum intensity for 10 seconds, followed by a 60 second rest between exercises. Depending on your fitness level, complete 3-6 sets of the following exercises.

1. Toe Taps
2. Scissors
3. Circles
4. Stepovers
5. Inside Taps

A small correction... When doing stepovers you have to twist your hips inwards to bait in the defender. But overall great footwork 👍
