This yoga practice is focused on lengthening and strengthening the side body, from the head all the way down to the feet. In our daily lives, and even in our yoga practice, we often only move in the front/back sagittal plane, leaving the sides of our body neglected. Use this practice to get outside your normal range of motion by side bending and creating space in areas that may hold unconscious tension.

This might not be one of your most popular videos, but I wanted to let you know that it's my favorite of yours and I do this at least once a week. I'm incredibly flexible, but due to my day job, also incredibly stiff and many practices don't warm up my muscles that get stiff (usually along the sides). Different things work for different people :)
