I'm 37 and I have this condition as far as I remember. It's very bad and mostly comes when I'm under life pressure and when I stop working out. I must stay on track of everything to make sure it won't happens. It's a terrifying experience. When it happens the only thing that helps me is to start taking a few deep breaths and talking to myself and telling myself to open up my eyes. I then have to leave the bedroom light on to get back to sleep otherwise it will happen again.

I usually experience sleep paralysis when I’m sleep deprived, anxious or stressed. The first few times it happened it scared me, I saw creepy figures and I panicked because I couldn’t move. But now I just acknowledge the feeling and let it pass, if I do get stressed about it though I wiggle my toes and fingers which helps me get unparalized.

There’s actually people that think this is made up and not real😂😂😂 try go though it then when u wake up sweating all over and thinking you’d just been murdered and being afraid to go to sleep again for days then you’ll understand just how real it is

I've had it where I couldn't move or breathe, but when I prayed it went away. Had it many times in my life, but it always went away with prayer. I've even been tickled during sleep paralyses. Its evil forces at play, because it always go away with prayer. And I noticed I was getting it at a time that I was doing something in my life that I shouldn't.

I normally experience sleep paralysis 2-3 times a week and I found that if you just relax and try and go back to sleep you can wake up back couple minutes afterwards

Watching this as it happened to me just recently. I was trying to open my eyes but couldn’t. This isn’t the first time it happened. Couldn’t remember how many times I experienced this fearful sleep paralysis.

I’ve experienced this a couple times, as recent as last night. Every time it was when I was sleep deprived for example after a festival and being awake for over 24 hours.

Last night, I watched a YT video about sleep paralysis and later that night I experienced sleep paralysis again. It's been 4 years since I experiencing this. It can't scared me anymore but damn my heart beats so fast, feels like I'm on the edge of the cliff

I'm here because i experienced a dream that was very realistic.

In my dream i know that i'm in my room sleeping at 3:00 PM but i can see everything around me while my body is asleep. In my dreams i have some kind of *"control"* but that moment when i wanted to go out from my body, there's a weird *"force"* that forbids me to completely go out.

And the weirdest part is, i saw a light in my left eye like for real. 😂😂 And the first image i saw while i'm on that situation is the picture frame of my dead father smiling. 😂😂

I've experienced many sleep paralysis before but this is my first time experiencing this kind of sleep paralysis.

I disregard the idea of *near death experience* coz i don't see it like that. 😂😂
