One time I was dreaming and I realized I was dreaming. In that time I had recently been wanting to lucid dream but I decided to give up because I didn't want to go into sleep paralysis. Right when I realized I was dreaming, I told myself I wanted to fly so I did. After about three seconds of that, I realized I was way to scared and wanted to wake up. I repeated in my head, "wake up, wake up. I want to wake up!" And since I knew I was lucid dreaming I figured I could go into sleep paralysis. When I was waking up I realized I was going into sleep paralysis. You wanna know what I did? I had full trust in the lord. Right before I lost my ability to move, I closed my eyes. That is nothing like me, but I closed my eyes and said something in my head along the lines of this, "Lord keep me safe. I have full trust in you, I wont panic. I trust you." I didn't even try and move because I would scare myself by trying to move and I couldn't. Kept my eyes closed for about thirty seconds then I moved. Now that I think about it, I wasn't really scared. I felt a warmth within me almost as if someone was hugging me and wrapping a blanket around me. But I didn't physically feel it, it was on the inside. I realized that was God, he made me feel safe. Or it could've been God who sent an angel to protect me. I love you, God. Thank you for protecting me in the thing I'm terrified of. I know what fading into sleep paralysis feels like because I once did but there was no demon. You sort of just go from dreaming then the last noise from your dream echoes and you half wake up, meaning you lose your ability to move. Thank you God, so much!

I lived in an extremely old apt building in Detroit, early 2000’s in Palmer Park. Lots of death and activity in this neighborhood and building. Every time I slept with my closet door open, I experienced severe sleep paralysis, would hear voices, and my dishes clinking in the sink. That closet was definitely some kind of portal. My dreams were also very turbulent. Once I moved out of there, I never experienced “sleep paralysis” again.

This will sound insane but here goes anyway, I had sleep paralysis since I was a child until my mid 40s, I'm now 60. I was SAd by my stepfather, his father, cousins, and neighbors from 9 months old until I was a teenager. I'd been attacked by demons from that time until my 40s. I've also had visions of God. One night I woke wide awake and their was a fog all around my bed, everything was gone but my bed. There was a man, I think a priest of some sort. He never looked at me but he was walking back and forth around my bed. In his right hand he held a chain with a thing on the end of it like an incense burner or something, he was swaying it back and forth and smoke was coming out of it. In his left hand he held a huge book, it was covered in something like very thick leather. The pages were thick paper, like parchment paper or something. I knew instantly that it was a prayer book and that he was praying for me. I also knew God had sent him to pray for me from another time, I felt like it was thousands of years. He was dressed in a thick brown robe that went nearly to the floor and it was tied with some type of rope. He had a little brown cap type thing on his head, like Jewish people wear. I couldn't see his shoes, I also couldn't hear him but I knew he was praying for me. He walked back and forth swinging the incense burner type thing and praying for me and I watched him for hours until I fell back asleep. I have never had sleep paralysis since that night and I've also never been bothered by the demons since that night. I thank God for sending that man to pray for me and I thank Him for delivering me from that evil. I've never told anyone but my therapist about this incident bc who would believe it? Also, it doesn't matter to me what anyone here thinks about it. I completely understand why this would be hard to believe but it's true 🙌🙌🙌

That heat signature was a person in a green screen suit only. I’ve had sleep paralysis many times so I know it’s crazy. However when we’re asleep our brains are at a frequency that allows us to separate from our physical bodies. Not every time but most I was attacked by a shadow entity. They exist in the realm of the unseen, the same realm God’s Spirit and His heavenly host reside in. That realm is not beside ours but is inside ours. There is no physical matter there because matter belongs in our realm so entities like spirits don’t have heat signatures. Twice I had to call out to Jesus to save me from those things. The last time He promised He’d keep them away and that was 8 years ago. The Lord keeps His word! But you cannot detect something that has no matter on a device that detects matter. That’s stupid.

I would testify that I also experienced sleep paralysis when I was a teenager. First, I was sleeping facing upward then I felt someone sat on my tommy. I tried to open my eyes and I saw like a transparent man like a spirit. I tried to move but i couldn't move my body. Then I tried to talk be I felt the spirits hand stopped my mouth to speak so I could not speak. Then as I struggle to speak out the name "God" I couldn't til I had spoke it and suddenly the spirit disappeared and there was silence. i woke up and closed the window because it was opened. that night i prayed to God and hugged my bible until morning.

I had sleep paralysis almost every single night. The whatsoever entity was trying to wrap around my body however I do not believe in such things, but one day around 2:30 am I was able to open my eyes while experiencing sleep paralysis, i saw a white floating thing like a flag forcing my soul to leave body, it felt so real that I can saw my body but as soul was leaving my body it got stuck from feets and all i can remembered was waking up 9 in the morning.

“At least once?” Naaa…me a lot! About 100 times already. It no longer scares me. All it wants is to get into your heart and begin to possess you and control you. It can’t enter you, if you are already occupied by the Holy Spirit. The name of Jesus drives it away.

I experienced this once, i could not talk or move but i managed to whisper the name of Jesus and a split second later, i got control of my body and woke up and i heard that thing run out of my room.

Ive been having sleep paralysis since i was a child, im 40 now. I can testify that it is a spiritual experience; your body is asleep and your mind is awake. Your peering into the spirit realm. I have heard them and seen them, not every time, not even most of the time; but a demonic presence is there but not always the cause, it can happen naturally.

would like to share my story about this truly it happened once., i am having a dream and I feel like i cant move that is the time I know something's wrong and i believe the holy spirit spoke to me that God told me to say In Jesus name, I say it in my dream and then i woke up my heart is pounding hard, . i prayed and God let me remember His word Romans 5:31 "if God is for us who can be againts us". and the other one Mark 4:41 "Who is this man? even the wind and waves obeys Him? " . Even nature follows . demons are really afraid of Jesus, pray say his name and believe. God is powerful.
