My sister, Scarlett, and I talk about the 8 Things You Should Never Say To Women. Just...no. These are the things that'll shrivel ovaries and turn us into ice queens. You think our RBF (resting bitch face) is bad on a regular day? Just utter one of these 8 sayings and watch us turn into Elsa The Snow Queen. These apply to any woman in your life: girlfriend, wife, mistress, co-worker, mother, sister, daughter, cousin, aunt, niece, step-daughter, half-sister... you get the point.

The question #8 applies to men as well and pisses me off beyond imagination.

I was talking to three girls who found out I was single, and asked "How can a polite and witty dude like you be single?"

I smiled and asked them "Well, let's see. Do we have any volunteers here to change the situation?". After a brief, awkward silence, they said "Uhhh, no?"
I'm not the best-looking guy around, so I asked them to evaluate my sexual attractiveness in scale from 1 to 10, and they all said 4.
So I said "There's your answer. Have a good day." and took off.

No. Those are things that you don't like to hear from a man. Not all woman are like that. Don't generalize.

As per this video, men should not criticize women in any way whether it's true or not, instead they should appriciate, praise and agree with them all the time, for all the matter whether it's genuine or fake.

So with the, "You look different", usually a guy is not being observant enough, or is not perceptive to know exactly what you changed, but does want to note that a girl did in fact change something, so hopefully the girl can respond with what exactly she did, hair, earings, makeup, etc. It's not so much a backhanded compliment unless the tone is given in such a way.
