My shoulder was absolutely killing me from sleeping on it. I watched this video it I slept following the positioning instructions provided on the video. My arm felt so much better. I was able to sleep through the night without being awaken by sharp pain. Thank you so much for making this video

I’m an 84 year old grandma with multiple health issues. For quite some time I have been having problems with my right shoulder. Your video on this issue cured it! Several doctors have been unable to help because I cannot have surgery. Turns out I didn’t need to. Do you have one on hand and wrist problems due to piano, crochet and knitting? You are amazing!

I want to say today I found you guys when looking for stretches for my bursitis in the shoulder. I have pectoral muscle tear and super inspenatis tear quite a few years back and a stroke almost 3yrs ago and low and behold my damaged shoulder was my affected side for my stroke.
In the past 4 months my left arm has almost unbearable pain at times. Im also left handed which makes it a bit harder although I can do quite a bit with right hand.
Watching a few of your videos now you have given myself and my husband with spinal disease (alot of pain) new hope in pain management.

Second time for bursitis & impingement after 8 yrs no pain, suffered 2 frozen shoulders & took yrs to heal but here we go again so hopefully these exercises help

I'm a relatively fit and active 60 year old woman, but due to a congenital problem in my upper back (a fairly pronounced spinal curvature) I have been struggling with bursitis/impingement in both shoulders for years. I also think sitting at a desk typing for long periods when a legal secretary for many years was probably the main trigger. Sometimes the pain, stiffness and discomfort abates and then it flares up for no obvious reasons. I've had some physical therapy to try to address these problems and continue to incorporate daily targeted exercises, some of which I think help. I like the look of the exercises in this Bob and Brad video as some of them are new to me. Unfortunately, my favourite form of exercise, swimming mainly front crawl, is probably not helping my latest bursitis "flare" very much, but I find it more comfortable than breast stroke. I've reduced my swimming from 5 to 3 times weekly but will likely stop swimming for an extended period in the hope this will give me longer-term bursitis relief. BTW when I stand straight with arms down, my thumbs point outwards, which suggests my actual posture is good.

omg, that thumb trick made a HUGE difference for me! So happy I subscribed to your channel. I've had adhesive capsulitis in both, (surgery on one), and currently rehabbing patella subluxation/med meniscal tears in both knees. I've abused my body way too much in the gym.

I’ve irritated my right and left shoulders doing exercises I don’t normally do. Thanks for this video! I do have an old bursitis injury in my left shoulder which comes and goes but now my right shoulder is killing me.
