Honest question, how'd you get so strong?? How did you start attempting those crazy feats? When did you start training? Man you are very inspirational, but i have to admit, it's quite intimidating seeing someone perform such crazy feats of strength when i can't even do a pushup yet 😭
Seriously though, how long have you been training? The fact that you weigh 80 kg is insane, just shows that even bigger people can do calisthenics, i weigh like 100 kg so you're basically my inspiration to start lol
Keep up the good work though homie, i am amazed at your progress

i am capable of doing one thumb pushups with my right hand but left hand i am unable to do bcas its not flexible enough (any tips or workout to make them flexible?)
