I have 3 primary habits.

1. Get up early. About 3 hours before I have to go to work. Plenty of time to pray, work out, drink something light and start planning my day.
2. Cleanliness. My closet is arranged suits, jacker shirts and trousers. light to dark. My shoes and sock drawer is arranged similarly; light to dark.
3. NO ALCOHOL. but if I must, I limit it to one drink a month. Most people CAN'T afford the damage this does.

My favorite habit is expressing gratitude.

I read this book called Happy Money. In that book I learned how the Japanese say Arigatou constantly.
Ever since I started implementing this in my daily life, ideas and blessings come easier to me.
It’s one of the most edifying habits I’ve learned in my 20’s.

Very smart to put it at the beginning of the video because I’m my opinion, it’s the best habit to have.

In recent months I've picked up the habit of doing a bit of excercise first thing after waking up.
Pro tip to strengthen body AND mind? Most of the time I actually do it watching an Alux video, so it doesn't take that much time and usually I don't even break a sweat.
Still, it's helped me feel less letargic and actually want to start my day, worked wonders reducing abdominal fat and eat junk a bit more freely.

Some minor habits that help me in uneasy situations;
- Pure silence and stillness for 5-10’mins
- Listening to Binaural beats for 5-10mins
- Grounding (walking barefoot on grass or sand)
- Streatching

I really enjoy reading to my kids before bed. We share a few laughs, I get watch their sleepy little eyes fall slowly to a close, and maybe even learn a few new words

Thank you for another great video! And yes, each and everyone of these tips really work. I will confess that I am guilty of looking at my phone before I hit the sack, because I tend to watch 30 minutes of my favorite show, Becker, especially in Castilian Spanish, because they actually cuss in the translated version, which gives me a huge belly laugh. And who doesn't like going to sleep in a better mood? It works for me.

Defenitely meditation and yoga are my favorite habits as well as expressing gratitude. Expressing gratitude I have been slacking on but am making it a solid part of my routine moving forward. Also thank you for the videos and inspiration. It's defenitely appreciated.

I use Kindle Paperwhite instead of physical books before sleeping(it uses eink display and also has its own light that doesnt distract you to sleep)

1-5minutes in then Im sleeping already

I used to sleep poorly until i stumble kindle. Very helpful

When the weather is nice I try to eat my lunch outside and read a book - usually one recommended by Alux.
