For women, i highly recommend using a handheld bidet sprayer instead of this as the front to back guideline still applies even when using a bidet. If you don't, you're essentially spraying bacteria from the back end to the front and that can lead to infection. So use a bidet handheld sprayer that allows you to spray from front to back, also able to aim where you want it and then dry thoroughly using a dry towel or toilet paper to prevent infections. 🙂
