This one thing changed my life I believe meditation should be a practice we all do on a daily basis to have more energy and feel relaxed, totally changed my life. I gave up on it like 7 times but once I really understood what worked for me it became so powerful. I got rid of anxiety, low energy, boosted my self esteem and confidence. I have always hated routines and loved freedom and spontaneity ... but now the years have caught up with me and I find that I must have routines to manage medications and such ... time to bite the bullet and get practical ... these are all good suggestions and I am grateful for them ... thanks

I have been practicing a few micro habits since the pandemic. I love to park far away from the entrance of a store, prepare my daily schedule and include some me time between activities to get a micro habit, such as organizing bills, checking account balances, blogging, writing a review or listening to short inspirational videos or reading an article of interest completed.

Though these habits seems insignificant they have helped me create a great deal of structure and balance to my life.

Again yet another relevant and timely release.

They are as important as the air we breath! About Walking and Reading. I am currently unemployed and with mom. I just want to get out, as I walk I think... But don't over do it. Reading, I once felt brain empty. The times I do not read or talk for a long long time. Reading not only gives me knowledge but it wakes up my brain despite I sleep late. It helps a lot. Keep on reading. I wanna Add the Attitude of Gratitude. Having a sad life is very difficult and wanna make you say goodbye. Christmas to is here and we have Filipino country men in Visayas region who lost their homes and some family members. So let us be greatful for the things we have like food and shelter and hope! Our countrymen there Need help.

The part about setting a bedtime routine spoke to me. I notice when my sleep habits are all awry, nothing ever gets done. I am totally undisciplined when it comes to bedtime routines. So I will definitely be changing this to a much more manageable time.

A few years ago I felt my cognitive abilities slipping (I’m in my 40s) so I started doing many of these. The biggest were much more reading, started walking more, started a daily gratitude log, prayer. It turned out I had a deadly brain infection and should not have gone as long as I did and definitely should not have gotten any brain function back. I have always believed stepping up these habits saved my life and my quality for life.

morning coffee time, making the bed, emptying the dishwasher, and some little sport time with some time to read, are the best micro habits I have developed the last couple of months and that really boosts my energy everyday

I have done habit number 2 for whole Jan22 and I could say… it makes me satisfied because I feel productive even tho the hard day… I still feel I complete 1 thing that I push myself to do.
