I had a interview recently and the question “Tell us about a conflict with you’re supervisor?” . I told them that I got along well with my super, and gave an example of difficult situation and how I positively approached it and the results that came about. Also the three questions I wrote down and used them at the end of the interview. I got the job! Thanks Richard.

I agree that asking about leave isn't the wisest thing to do when you're trying to get a job, but in my experience, perhaps the safe way to it is to use a scenario such as a wedding or a 21st birthday, so that it sounds like you'll only be away for 1 or 2 days, rather than say 2 weeks for a holiday. Ask about how much notice needs to be given, the procedure (e.g. diary, fill out a request form) and make sure it's not your first question.

Answer or ask your expected salary. Working for a company doesn't mean you need to put up with just whatever the company wants to offer. You are not a beggar. They are not giving you salary because they care so much about you. You are given a salary for your skills which are being utilised by the company. If the hiring team does not want to hire you because you stated your expected salary, the only reason is because your skill's value is way over their budget.

Been binge watching your videos lately for two mock interviews I had today. Knocked them out the park. Thank you. You helped me out ✊🏾

On the number 6 question, I like to tell them that I have an interview in X days with one of their competitors/equal/similar. I rather tell them that I am marketable than just focusing on one company.

Hi, I just want to say a big thank you for the content you put here. I am looking to get a job with no previous experience but with extensive academic background, yet for an interview I felt I had nothing to say. Though I haven’t had a formal interview yet, I did speak to someone today and to prep for that I went through couple of your videos. I must say it really gives you so much content to use, and I was able to speak because of that today. Thank you so much! I am going to be listening to each and every video of yours and am sure I will be able to present myself with a whole lot of confidence and get a great job! Thanks a million!

Nr. 6 is wrong. In fact you are deevaluating yourself if you say that the company you're interviewing for is the only option you have. You can stress that the company is your favourite choice, but never say they are your only option.

Thank you for your interesting content. But I respectfully disagree with point 6. I would not lie about me being in other application processes. I read in the comments that you recommend only being in ONE application process at once. I personally think that only works if you habe lots of time and no other pressure. In an application processes there are lots of factors that you cannot influence. That means you will have rejections. Always starting from scratch is in my opinion impractical.
That being said I like a lot of your advice.
