Omg yes you can’t spot reduce fat but you can 100% make certain spots look way better fast w resistance training. Most of u commenting that do not workout 😆

If you want to lose fat you do a caloric deficit diet, by calculating your maintenance calories (search up maintenance calorie calculator) and eating less than that a day. If you eat 500 calories less than that a day, expect to lose around 1 pound a week.

People love giving their opinions for things they don’t fully understand lol with a proper diet and exercise plan this helps reduce size of arm including tricep. Cardio is great. But it does make you hungrier than just weightlifting so that kind of conflicts with the dieting part. Either way do what you want or what works for you he is just sharing as a social media guru willies. Chill.

You should also do Skull Tacos and Overhead Ice Cream.
No exercise can fix that - only nutrition.

Looks like most of these commenters don’t do weight lifting. 😂 maybe read his comment on the top before sounding like morons. Also cardio doesn’t burn fat. Want to lose weight, lift weights & progress, eat protein, cal deficit. He knows his craft. Get a PT & they will tell you the same damn thing!
