I've watched numerous YouTube presentations on bicep tendonitis, and yours is the most informative. The visuals were great! Thanks!

Not that I'm suggesting you tattoo yourself from head to foot, but drawing it on your arm really helped me understand it. Thanks.

I smoked a joint. Went outide for a workout. And didnt stop cause i was high and didnt feel any pain. I ended up doing more than 200 curls with the same weight. My arms are in a lot of pain. Its been 2 days.

will leave this over here, all the people with biceps tendonitis try doing drag curls using a short straight bar in a low pulley /cable station (also an ez short pulley bar should work). It's the only curl I can do without pain. Check that the forearm remains perpendicular with the cable at the end of the movement. I injured my left forearm after doing incline dumbbell shoulder press when I was getting in position with the dumbbells. The rest of the curls, tend to aggravate my tendonitis sadly. Alternating dumbbell curls also works well, but sometimes it hurts, sometimes not. (Start the movement with neutral grip and supinate all the way up). And of course, avoid at all costs, all the movements / exercises that tends to aggravate your tendonitis.
Please try and tell me how it goes get better soon! 🙏.

I have been waitering and holding heavy trays and plates on my right arm for years. That arm is noticeably bigger than the other one (biceps got stronger throughout the years). I fucked up the tendon on my weaker arm because i kept pushing with pull ups and weaker arm's tendon was suffering.

Now i started a gym 2 years later and pain is still returning, but i'm being careful. I removed pull ups from my training routine and i am doing a lat pulldown with neutral grip because it doesn't put a lot of strain on my tendon.

But the biggest problem for me is bicep curling. I just cannot find the alternative for it.

What would you recommend, what should i do? I started focusing only on my weaker arm now. I have this 7 liter gallon of water at home and i've been holding it on my weaker arm for the past few days, pretending that it's a heavy tray. This balancing will sure take some time, but i feel like i am doing it incorrectly.

How much is it typically to get an evaluation of a tendon with ultrasound without insurance? An arm and a leg I'm guessing
