Dr. Joe DeMarco, chiropractor and owner of OcraMed Health, discusses how a small muscle known as the pronator teres can cause big trouble. In particular, biceps tendonitis trouble.

In today's short video, I explain how tightness in the pronator teres muscle of the forearm can cause stress and strain into the biceps muscle. This can result in biceps tendonitis.

To solve this problem, I demonstrate how to perform fascial release work to the pronator teres muscle.

I thought I have this but it's on the lateral epicondyle and part of the distal upper arm area (biceps area). Pain when pronating and flexing at the same time at a certain angle (about 90° elbow flexion). I think it's Brachioradialis, brachialis and maybe slight short head biceps tendinopathy
