YEP... Do band workouts and build the strength in your upper and outer back muscles, especially in the back of the shoulder blades. I did very little curls and chest workouts and strictly stuck to upper back and shoulder blade workouts to build stabiltiy and in two weeks I was almost 100%. After two weeks I began and continued these workouts but with light weights and now a month later I literally have zero pain, and continuing with heavier weights, but not too heavy. What I think happens is we work out the chest and arms and NOT the back enough. I've moved back workouts to two and sometimes 3 times a week and it worked for me

Thank you for this, I do a lotta overhead work and my left front shoulder has had paint for a couple yrs. This will be part of my daily now

I know that dislocsted shoulder therapy involves pull-downs I see you are doing the pullovers which are actually very helpful
