I wake up in such pain in my biceps. I cry because it is not going away would physio help this. I am afraid they may make it worse

I'm surprised to still see content like that. The science has evolved, and it has been proven that deep tissue massage aggravates symptoms by applying compressive load on the tendon. If you have a tendinopathy, first give it a few days of rest and then do PT exercises to increase the tendon resistance. See the concept of Mechanical Stress Quantification for more details.
