Awesome, Dr. Kristie. About 4-5 months ago, my wife and I were traveling and I lugged her 40+ lb. suitcase up and down stairs, and on and off trains. I've had pain in my shoulder and through my arm ever since. Thank you for posting this video!

This looks so helpful. I’ve seen a lot of other videos where they say stretching Is not good for bicep tendinitides and neither are the rotator cuff exercises. I’m confused and sick of this pain 😢. Appreciate the content thank you so much!

Thank you doctor i'm 56 and sometimes still think i'm 21 aa a result shoulder injury from lefting too heavy 😂 your exercises really helped me. Especially the cross finger friction of the shoulder. Thanks a lot and wish you success with everything you do in life 🙂

I've never tried this before but putting pressure on the tendon and rubbing it down does actually provide relief. Thanks for the video.

Thank you I mostly have pain when trying to sleep which makes for a lack of sleep so I will definitely be trying all these exercises

Thank you. Great info. I have injured my bicep and shoulder several times. Not warming up before heavy exercise or just abuse. I have started some internal and external work but I will go back and work the muscle and tendon more and the stretches.
