Yoga Nidra to Develop Equanimity | Pratipaksha Bhavana Practice to Explore Opposite Sensations in the Physical Body to Find Peace and Inner Resiliency (50 Minutes)

Join Kristyn as she guides you through Pratipaksa Bhavana or sensing opposites to harness a sense of equanimity - a sense of calmness, composure, alignment, and peace of mind in any given situation. From a place of pure witnessing presence, simply just notice what it feels like to explore opposing sensations within the physical body. This practice helps you harness a deep sense of peace and calm in the body and mind, helping you to step into and navigate through clear or muddy waters without altering your state of inner peace. Align with your highest purpose as you let go of negative thoughts and reconnect to a sense of wholeness, recognizing your Divine Spirit within. Harness the power of an equanimous state of being, a deep sense of inner resiliency, like becoming the eye of any storm; find peace in any given situation.

This is a powerful technique to help establish a sense of witnessing presence and observation without identifying with a particular feeling tone, emotion, or sensation. In this way, by disconnecting from the thinking mind and relaxing back into a purely equanimous nature, this practice of exploring opposite sensations is a stepping stone towards establishing a deep sense of emotional resiliency in this life. With time and consistent practice, we can eventually learn how to observe emotions the same way we do sensations - without becoming them. Please note that in this practice we will simply just be exploring opposites sensations in the physical body.

Yoga Nidra is a completely effortless form of guided meditation that carries you through the different brainwave states that we naturally experience when we go to bed at night. Only here, we can get there in just a couple of minutes. Imagine your most healing, powerful, peaceful state of relaxation discovered in just a couple of minutes. In the deepest brainwave states there is an acute sense of awareness still present, a peaceful state where one might feel blissful, floating between a state of waking and sleeping. This practice is sometimes referred to as 'wakeful sleep' or 'conscious sleep'. Emerge feeling rested, rejuvenated, and with a deep sense of resiliency.

I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of all that I no longer am.

This Yoga Nidra—*Equanimity*—is unlike anything I have ever experienced. It feels like a trillion-fold expansion beyond any other Yoga Nidra I've encountered. At a certain point, the "I" dissolves completely. Sound, time, space, identity—all converge and vanish.

The transmission transported me *before* awareness, *as* awareness—into a field I didn’t even know could be accessed through guided voice alone.

Let’s just say I follow a very specific protocol beforehand (one I won’t detail here), but it has become **reproducible**—and more powerful than any known inner technology I've encountered.

This session is sacred. It feels like a map from beyond the veil.
