For anyone second guessing themself or skeptical of this video, I spent two days going dealership to dealership in my town looking for a sales position with no success. (I have almost zero sales experience, never even sold a car) i got this video sent to me from Andys associate Jonathan, watched it on repeat all night, listened to it with my headphones in while going about my day and played it in the car on the way to the dealership.
This information is priceless and being givern away for FREE. I had no interview scheduled just walked in looking my best armed with this info and asked to speak to the sales manager. Next thing i know im in his office hired on the spot EXACTLY how Andy mentioned!

1 had an interview today. Watched Andy's videos
3 days in a row, built my confidence in my knowledge of the company, prayed to GOD.
When I came in I interviewed with the General Manager and the Sales Manager in just 10 minutes! The managers were soooo impressed that the store owner himself that owns 7 of the locations and has accumulated over 1M in sales IN A YEAR had to stop what he was doing and come into the office to meet me and talk to me! Andy is a wise man and a TRUE PROFESSIONAL in sales.
