Well, everything you covered here only works for sales managers who already know what to offer a potential employer to get hired, and this means that such sales managers HAVE EXPERIENCE. But what about a person who wants to start a sales career and has no experience? How can he convince an employer to hire him when he knows nothing about sales? You clearly said this video applies to new sales managers as well (0:17 ...or you thinking about starting your career in sales"). And also, how exactly do you reach out to a HR manager when in most cases you don't even get a call back or a reply on a website, while applying for a job?

After skipping through 2 videos where the speaker clearly didn't know what he was talking about and wasn't even using a tone that was persuasive to make you stay, i watched your entire video and all of the things you are talking about are down to earth and applicable to pretty much any interview, "treat it like a sale because that's what it is"
