I had worked at my dealership for 3 years before transferring over to my car sales department. Even though I had worked at the dealership I still had to interview for the position. I felt like I brought a lot of good energy to the interview not only because they knew me already but because I was excited about the position. My GM asked me in the interview how much do you expect to make in your first year and I said no less than 100k and he laughed. My response was if there are people here who are doing it I know I can. Gave me the position and my very first year i made 130k

Watched this video one hour before I walked in to a dealership. I didn't have a interview with anyone. I asked to speak to manager. they said I love your energy. I did everything that was said in this video. I told them about how there is a lot of new cars here compared to the other lots. I walked out of the dealership about an hour later with a salesman position. I start next week. Thank you for this video!

Hey brother, I just want to say thank you for this video literally aced my interview for BMW Auto Group. I did a job interview on Jan 3 3:00PM crush it then moved on to interview #2 on Jan 4 3:00PM then by 6:30PM I got the call to let me know I received an offer. I was able to speak to all the 4 sales manager then the general manager in 2 days. Since I had NO experience in the automotive industry at all they’re putting me first in their learning program to study and get to know BMW product and everything about it. But during my interview I expressed my desire to be on the sales floor as fast possible which is why I believe they recommend me to get the familiar first with the cars and such. I look forward to the grind. ✅✅

I just interviewed for a sales floor position for the first time with no experience, the first interviewer informed me that they don't hire for sales with out experience. I kept talking anyway, convinced him to let me talk to the GM, the GM came out and invited me back to shadow a sale and see if I still want the position. This video put me in a position to say and do all the right things. I'm 100% convinced if I had not watched this I wouldn't have gotten past the first interview. Thank you Andy!

I’ve always had people/customers telling me I’d be a great car salesman. I have almost a decade of customer service, leadership, & other experience under my belt. My father has been a mechanic his entire life so I know cars pretty well. I’ve decided that I’m tired of making poverty wages. I want better for myself and my family. I wake up every day and manifest a better life, I just need the income to make it happen. Acura interview tomorrow, wish me luck!

It’s crazy how hyped Andy is, I never saw myself applying or even getting a interview at a car dealership, not only this video motivated me, but change my perspective on myself and gain the confidence that I always had in me. Walked into my interview with my nice navy blue suit and brown Oxford shoes and a whole set of confidence because of Andy, and I nailed the interview and got hired right away.
