I put in my cover letter I am applying for the Inside Sales Representative Position because I have over 10 years experience in sales. Over time I have made millions of dollars for companies. A Full Time, Long term, Successful base plus commission to equal $1000 a week or $2000 bi weekly is required. Also I am available as an employee not an independent contractor. Any final offer will have to be in writing clearing stating Full time, The days, hours, the pay. Then on the phone screening and interview I state all of these things again. Employers put things in contracts but trick people. My co worker said I cant believe I was tricked into thinking this would be a good job. Or they breach of contract and get a way with it. I ask so many questions in interviews and tell them I want to make sure of what I am getting myself into. I ask the same question again, worded in a different because I need to be sure. Yes I know I am asking the same question again because they could lie and they did. Or restate what I put in my cover letter. I ask questions and they lie, over and over. Other co workers I talked to said oh that is a BS organization. I want to prevent these things from happening in the future. Makes me think some companies are so desperate to hire me, after I have said all of this, still hire me and end up in a wrongful hiring situation. I am so clear, if they cant offer me what I want, then it is simple, don't hire me.

Hey man, right on time! Thanks a lot, god bless you! What questions I should not answer or is there any I better say I don't want to respond on or what tactics is best to use when I want to leave some information private like what I did and what companies/projects I worked for?
