Yes I can relate 100% to the not-spontaneous thing. My partner knows that "i need at least 24 hours notice" before doing anything, including going out to dinner or to a movie. Even if I love the restaurant, it's a fretful "omg no!" until at least the next day. You are not alone 😉

Honestly Abbey, I could watch you blog the most mundane things and I would be happy! That scenery is so beautiful. Any content to help with body acceptance I would like. I’m 9 lbs from what my highest weight should be on the BMI scale and at almost 60 years old I frankly don’t know if I’ll ever make it without starving myself or over- exercising. Maybe that gentle nutrition would be helpful. Thank you in advance. I hope your time away did your body and soul good.💕

Growing up, my mom would always put oats in my pancakes for extra fiber. I also tend to put either honey or agave nectar into the batch so that I can have my pancakes on the go. I also love eating with my hands so having the sweet stuff already in the pancakes makes for less messy eating

I can relate so much. I'm a routine lover too! It comes in handy trying to keep a family schedule....but it is challenging when fun adventures come up

I'm so grateful for you sharing your journey. I started recognising some of the behaviours that you describe in myself, but I believe in time for it not to be an ED yet. So I started to work on it and I feel like I can manage the obsessive thoughts and feelings. So Thank you so much!

Yaaassss I make plans. Picture said plans. Internalize them. Then when they change omg. Hard!!
I tell hubby hang on let me see if I can adjust my internal image. And he’s just like ok. Let me know !!

I love the kid alarm clock. I do have an alarm for the latest I want my kiddo to wake up which he rarely hits. (8 am)
