I just love how it's usually 'yeah it happens to people over 60' and the whole comment section is either in their teens or nowhere near 60 whatsoever

Doesn’t matter if I go to bed at 10pm or 2am, I always wake up at 4am and it’s so aggravating.

The worse part is, that I go to my mom for help, and all she says is "then stop waking up at 4am".... wow why didn't I think of that

Watching this at 5am on a Monday morning after awakening at 3. I've been dealing with this for a year now and it's getting old.

It cant be depression. I'm in my 30s and am always waking up and 5-6am when I want to wake up at 7:30am. In my university days (in my 20s) when I would be stressed out with exams, assignments and full-time job I would go to bed 3am on a Saturday and wake up at about 11am uninterrupted. These days no matter what time I go to bed I am always waking up at 5-6am and I honestly have 0 stress or anxiety and I feel the happiest I have ever been. I have no problems falling asleep either. These "experts" never have anything relatable that could be the cause in my particular scenario.

They always say that to treat insomnia, you must have to sleep and wake up at the same time which is really ironic to me because I can't even feel sleepy during the night or day and even though I finally falls asleep, my stupid brain will wake up a few minutes after

Yesterday was full moon, and I was so sleepy at 9:30 PM, and I felt asleep keeping TV on (with sleep timer) just cause it felt weird turning it off so early, also now I always sleep with some "White Noise", so I turned that on, and went to bed. Next thing you know, I just woke up @ like 5 AM.

I’ve had insomnia quite literally since I was an infant. I used to be awakened at all hours for the night because I was premature and they had to check oxygen levels, it never got any better.
