I drink 1 cup of coffee at 8:00am. I stop all fluids at 6:00pm
My kidneys don't slow down when I sleep. I'm up every 1 hour and 50 minutes. 3 to 4 times a night.
I had kidney disease a few years ago from taking proscribed anti inflammatory meds . GFR was 12. Now I've fought back. GFR is 36. Not good, but better than was.

Switched to decaff and don't drink in the evening anymore. Much improved nocturia. 7 hours sleep has now become the new normal. Great video

The best tip I've got from YouTube is to pee sitting down. Most nights I only have to get up once now when before it was three or four times.

I stop fluids at 1 o'clock in daytime, I think eating lots of fruit and veg one makes fluid from this, two green teas from 9 u till 1 with kiwi, strawberry's blueberries, and a organic fruit juice drink, helps me down to at least up to two maybe 3 calls to bath room l get some sleep at least.

Hello dr Eric my problem is it happens to me once in awhile and that time i feel like dream I’m in the bathroom peeing and that is when it comes out it’s like i get up work to the bathroom and do your business but i was never work up that should i do

I've never had problems with my sleep until yet. And it was often the case when i urinate once at night and that wasn't the problem at al. But something changed, i don't know what. And now i urinate once every night (i've read that this is normal), but i cannot fall asleep after it. I don't remember how i managed to do it before. I don't understand what is the main problem: my night trips to the toilet or my inability to fall asleep after.

Finally can stop doing that cuz I sleep very long and I basically always drink a lot at night and get thirsty every time and good video this is the best video but you need better subscribers like2 million if you already have that you should get100 million for more than quadrillions.

Okay, I'm following your guidance. I don't drink coffee but I do like a certain diet cola, so I'm cutting that out. It's too much of a waste of money anyway. Caffeine is being eliminated...here's hoping it helps. Thanks for all that you do.

Another good Tip, in addition to those by Dr Eric. Increase your anti-diuretic hormone, by taking the following:
Two salt tablets or capsules, 200 mg Vitamin C, two Life Extension Foundation capsules of „Only Trace Minerals“, which contain both Zinc and Copper. I take these about 4 hours before bed with a small amount of water. It really helps! Wayne

When got off work last night 600 didn't eat or drink went to sleep 1030 got up 530 stop eating and drinking before 600 gonna do it again tonight hope it works again

I don’t drink after 6 only a little with my dinner at 8:30pm. I eat late cause I work. I sleep at 9:30/10. I get waking up once since I eat late but I usually go 3 times. I also go at least 10 times during the day. I drink coffee like 2 cups during the day but never after 1 pm. 😢
