4 years on and still absolutely loving the free content as well as the paid! Honestly this felt harder than intermediate to me. However, to make it truly advanced I put in a 2 minute rest and went for another round. If you've got the energy at the end, I highly recommend throwing yourself into a second round of this 💪

I did 40/20 this time, I did full burpees for the set part way through. I battled through with my blocked nose and throat, I feel pleased that I did. Thanks so much Joe x
