Totally agree. You can look at polio, MS and etc to see how important the nervous system is. I can varify as I have been working at this having to recover from a stroke. The whole left side of my body was paralyzed and now I am doing fine. As a matter of fact that is what got me from weights to bodyweight exercises which led me to you.

Muscle tension can be associated with seizure victims who tense thier muscles up could there be something to learn from that?

I was in an abandoned house the other day and found a ton of cool books. I was looking thru an ancient Weider bodybuilding book that said guys who practice posing more always look harder on stage than guys practice posing less. I think this backs up what youre saying here nicely.

Definitely a good way to practice. I also reckon thinking in terms of minutes could be real beneficial for more than just tension. How many minutes are you moving? How many minutes are you hunched over a desk? Looking at things in terms of time could highlight many things like posture issues (sitting for hours), gaining fat (not enough activity), etc, and could be really helpful. I'm interested to try this out, thanks for the video.
