Good advice. I started to jump a few days ago and struggle with getting the first two jumps. Focusing on when to perform the jump is definitely something I do.

Yup! I use a cord and cordless rope and got the rhythm down beautifully.

For some reason, I always do a little jump in between when the rope comes round. I just need it to not lose rhythm.
