My start into the home gym life was pretty cheap. A pair of resistance bands and I was able to determine I could definitely work out at home! With Rep x Peppin pairing and Rep's Ares it's really hard to not pick Rep. I've been very happy with my PR-5000 with the selectorized lat/low row pully. I do wish tho the Reppins and Ares were a thing when I got into building out my home gym

Really can't emphasize enough to just start with something. I started with a TRX with the door adapter. Then found an adjustable bench, got 50Lb adjustable dumbbells for $150, used that for like a year. Got a used power rack and a cheap barbell, and find I really enjoyed 5/3/1 then starting to upgrade from there.

That was my requirement when I bought my new house. Space for a home gym. I have rep fitness gear but nonetheless I put it together. Everyday I'm down in my gym getting it done 😊

May I ask why you chose REP dumbbells and weights over Rogue (given you have Rogue rack and bike)?

Im at a position where I need to add plates and dumbbells to my gym. I also inadvertently ended up with a gym that is mostly Rogue (bike, FM6 Twin Stack, and Rhino Belt squat). My OCD is saying to go 100% rogue wPlates and dumbbells.

I'm opposite to everyone.... I have that most shitiest car.. Dress very casual... But my gym I see as my pride n joy.. No issues with investing in it. Trying to make up excuses to add to it every chance I get 😂
