You make this look so easy! I'm not even the slightest bit "handy" so I'm in awe of the craftsmanship.

Loved watching and listening to the project. Your narration including the little details, sizes and types of materials, was super helpful

This is the first time i really enjoyed watching a video.. family projects are the best, the time spent with your family is priceless, a forever memory, your kid will talk about this beautiful experience in 60 50 30 years from now, 15, 000 is nothing for what you're getting back
May God bless your life my brother, your family.

Framing 10/10! But because you asked - you have to flash window/door frames on all 4 sides usually 3" on the sheathing and 3" onto the frame. Then install the windows with calking all around, but over hang the frame so it clears your siding. Then install counter flashing and then your finish siding. Water is going to come off the window and get between your siding.

That space could make an awesome home office!

29:01 Next time, when hanging your sheet rock, make sure to stagger the joints so there isn’t one continuous straight line. Keeps cracks from forming.

Absolutely incredible! I was mesmerized the entire video. You, sir, are a top tier, A+ class, manly man. The level of detail, the ethic, discipline, the wife, kid, neighbor, dog, all just signifies a matured well-developed individual. Superb job. Cheers.

I got to admit ... not to crazy for the outcome of use but, there is a color for everybody. I do thank you for the high detail and the patience you have on explaining step by step and like the fact that you didn't skip anything in your video. I watch the entire video and I am impressed. I you have more videos ...will like to see them. Anyone that takes a project on its own its really consider a Builder in my book. Great Hope to see more soon ...

I like the railing. Stops anyone from falling 6 inches to their death. Safety first!

Blows my mind that you would make it that small. All that effort to encase one piece of equipment.

You, good sir, are a carpentry genius! You're very skilled in other areas as well, such as doing all the electrical yourself. Seeing your precious son assisting you & your wife @ 27:53 made me smile huge. I actually wondered, while watching your Part 1 vid, if you learned from your dad. I'd love to hear about your training. Thanks for sharing this & for including materials used info w/discounts in description. God bless you & your entire family!

I truly appreciate the versatility of this build.
Yes, the intention is to have a workout facility on the property. However I see the vision of more than just that.
Well there is one piece of equipment or a none. You can always change the quality of the inside into a relaxation getaway when you just want to be left alone. There's so much you can do with this place. Absolutely love it!

I was impressed that your wife, neighbor & son all helped. Even your dogs made an appearance. I now have an appreciation for all that goes into building even a small space. Everything you did was driven by quality and excellence. My dream is to live in a tree house designed by Pete Nelson.
