I never jumped rope as a kid and this is the first video that shows how to get started rather than just saying "it's simple go do it." Thanks for answering the dumb question

I did this for 1 month while also fasting AND MAN.... from 196 LB - 181 LB. Definitely 100x better than running hands down.

Switched from running to jumping rope after my daily weight lifting, can’t even describe how much better it is, I always thought I wasn’t coordinated enough to jump rope but this video showed me otherwise, thanks

I thought jumping rope is simple. But after some strikes in the face with rope and calves melting jumps, I realized I have much to learn.

I just followed this for 2 weeks straight.
I have gone from 0 skips to 20 skips in one go. Thanks. Hopefully I can build up more stamina to go higher.

Bought my rope 6 weeks ago used it almost every day for 15mins. I've never been really overweight or athletic either but at 53 thought it was about time I did a little cardio improvement hence the rope (don't like running). Anyway, I noticed in the mirror I have the beginning of a six-pack coming without doing a single sit-up or altering my diet. 54 in March & will have my first ever six-pack by then 😊

The only ropes I jump are the ones at fast food lines.

Just starting this today at age 51. Supplementing my lifting with different types of cardio and body weight work, and I always thought about doing this. Never too old to learn or try something new. Thanks for sharing this with everyone. Putting your pointers to work to build the right habits. 💪

Jumping rope is surprisingly exhausting. Try to jump through a whole song of your choosing. Usually only around 5 mins, way harder than it sounds.

Not gonna lie I was hitting my feet for a week straight was super frustrated, stuck to it and now I am jumping consistently without any issue. I cannot thank you enough for these tips!
