Well, most lower back pain comes from shortened hip flexors, mainly iliopsoas - by sitting live style. Requires targeted stretching primarily. The exercises here do rather strengthen those hip flexors and front core, which per se contributes to the problem by limiting max extension, when stretching is not added.

Yes right. Low back pain because stomach muscle too weak handle the back. Or maybe all of you can do plank exercise to stronger stomach muscle.
