Join celebrity trainer and wellness coach Jenna Willis as she leads you through this 30-minute standing HIIT workout joined by Chelsey Cioli and Jai Jordan! In this routine, you'll start off with a quick warmup and build up the intensity with standing crossbody crunches, squats, long jumps, and so much more! The oblique blasts just feel like stretching, but you'll feel it tomorrow. This standing routine is completely bodyweight. You can do this from anywhere; no planks are included. Get ready to challenge your endurance, as well as mobility, balance, and flexibility, with this routine! Willis will also provide advancements on moves for an added challenge.

Such an amazing workout! Love that the exercises were switched up a little bit too! I will say that for the cool down dropping my head down right away for the cool down made me dizzy. Definitely needed to be more gradual in the cool down.

Fun workout! It’s hardly high intensity though. With the loosey goosey interval timing, I wouldn’t file it under HIIT😅 Also, dynamic/ballistic stretches are helpful before activities, while static stretches as a routine are the most effective for long-term flexibility/mobility, which decreases over age 20.

This was fun but notice they could talk most of the time. Gives you an idea of the intensity. This work out was between beginner and intermediate to me so not as challenging as I hoped but I still broke a sweat and had fun!
