I just realize in life that knowing everything is the source of worry and anxiety, because these are the things we wanted to be prepared for before it happens. It is a mechanism of defense and trying to be prepared when that time comes. Look at the innocent children, their happiness are so pure and their love is so genuine.

I’ve dealt with CPTSD ….. I’ve combined therapies….. listening to podcast.
Daily practice introduced by the Crappy Childhood fairy…. Fears and resentments while adding gratefulness….
It’s like pulling out all stops…. Most of all desire to heal!
Transfer energy…… channeling for change.. turn into a positive energy..
exercise!!!
