I fear too much thinking something bad will happen everytime(like people will reject me) even if nothing happens...Sometimes this goes to extreme that I feel like someone is choking my soul

Things that you were interested in before gets boring all of a sudden, that hurts.
Small steps can change that and get the normal self back to yourself
The small steps here refers to
Exercising
Eating healthy food
Stare at the stuff which you were interested in, see visuals of those and you might get a spark....never let it go off

How many videos you see from Dr.Sid Warrior, there are lot of new areas and information shared always. Loved Traya asking very valid questions, which was rightly acknowledged and answers by Dr.Sid.

This is a wonderful way to find out that my recent behaviour is similar to that of Depression. But Couldn't know where to seek help.
1. There is a govt. hospital but not in a good condition
2. Not much private medical infrastructure for mental health issues here
3. Couldn't afford to go to the nearest city for a treatment for this

Or it's time to start talking to your loved ones. No doctors can cure your sadness than your own people ❤

Excellent session !
Learnt a lot about monogenetic, polygenetic and epigenetic diseases.
And also how cognitive decline increases with age and how to circumvent them with certain actions.

Questions were spot on and answers from Dr. SID were very crisp and directional.
I shall be listening to this few more times for sure 😊

I am taking a course on emotional intelligence, and I found this podcast on brain hygiene extremely helpful. Dr. Sid explains the brain, its functions, and their effects in a way that is easy to understand and relatable.
Thank you!

Yes, but doctors just prescribe antidepressants without bothering to find out about lifestyle. That’s why I wouldn’t go to a doctor. I trust myself more.

Some depressions we just assume, but when real life depressions come then we realise that those were nothing, now really we are having depressions, when your child or parents or any dear one is not well, on a deadly life then most of the suggestions fail.😊
