This is a silent Vipassanā meditation. It is very simple. Just follow easy steps below.
What to do:
Sit comfortably.
Keep your spine straight but bend your head forward.
Close your eyes as if you’re sleeping.
Relax all muscles in your body one by one.
The gong will strike every 5 minutes.
What to think about:
Think about sensations in your body and breathing.
As soon as you realise that your mind has drifted off, return it back to awareness.
Be aware of your sensations, feelings, thoughts and let them be.
What to watch out for:
When the gong strikes, bring your mind back to the body and to now.
Be aware of your inhale and be aware of your exhale.
