2. The couch stretch is next, and you should aim to do 2 to 3 sets of 30-second holds. Remember to maintain a strong posterior pelvic tilt throughout to maximize the stretch.

3. Lastly, once you're sufficiently warmed up, transition into a hero stretch, again holding for 2 to 3 sets of 30 seconds.
