This rarely happens but shortly after the end of the music a darn LOUD ad came on. Scared me to death! I always start listening from the very beginning and this time was no exception. You’ve said before to let you know so that you are aware when there is a problem with your meditations, so I am. Hope you see this.
Otherwise it is another excellent meditation and I would recommend it to others.

I know that you have meditations for each individual issue but since they come hand-in-hand, it would be nice if you had a meditation for: depression anxiety and physical/emotional pain and/or PTSD...

All in all it's about the feeling that we have no control over our minds, bodies, thoughts and emotions.

You are so wonderful with giving us that.

Hi there I've recently found these and they have helped me so much thank you!! Feel so relaxed, uplifted and positive after them. is there any chance you could do one for bipolar and creating balance would really appreciate it also something about OCD letting go of intrusive thoughts. sending love to you thank you for helping others ☺

Hi there. just wanted to thank you for the calm and relaxing video. I'll admit I have yet to reach the end of it as I tend to fall asleep before aha. But never the less, your words and voice send me into a deep state of relaxation that have truly helped me sleep despite my worry and anxiety. so thank you and please keep up with the amazing work you do! :)

Nice to have a meditation with a woman's voice for a change. You have a beautiful and calm voice! Don't know if you take requests, but would love a meditation for depersonalization disorder. (Permanent disconnect from body). Thank you

I was wondering if you have ever thought about doing a video for chronic illnesses. I have ME which makes it really hard for me to sleep sometimes so it would be nice to have a video like this for it! ☺️ x

The intro was a bit long, but this was nice. The short echo on your voice was a little distracting on your other vids, but this one was much more tame. Your voice sounds like it's very good for hypnosis. :)

I "UNliked" this so I could "LIKE" it AGAIN! 😂... Please make more daytime guided meditation videos to help deal with anxiety, social anxiety. I like to listen to these when I'm in a car (not the driver) and in social situations
