More great tips Sir! I'm 55 and have been doing bodyweight exercises (from weights) for about a year and have out
grown my shirts...and have a better physique than most of the young guys I work with! I actually love working out now and can do it anywhere and anytime!

Never seen an archer pushup until Austin did one....I do them now every time I do pushups as parts of my routine. Just started this morning doing them on the rings! You guys are awesome!

Perhaps a series on the BEST excerises for each body part.

If you had to pick on for anterior chain and posterior chain for lower and upper body what would they be.

And ofc a seperate one for core.
