Non-toxic stuff that personally helped me before:
- a safe way of feeling strongly connected to the body, like taking an ice cube in my hand or doing a hard exercise
- screamo music
- taking a pencil and completely going crazy over a piece of paper, maybe just filling it out all grey in differently strong pressure, sometimes ripping it
- sing really loud
- confront myself with opposite emotions, like reading a cute "i love you" message from family.
Everyone needs different ways to get over anger issues, but anyone can do it. Might take some time, but it's worth it.
Keep going guys. You got this.

I don’t know, but sometimes I just turn into a Monster or something. My father has anger issues, I guess, me too now. Even a very small thing can trigger me at that point and I just want to yell and even sometimes when I feel helpless, I want to hurt myself. I really for this reason don’t want to get married, no one deserves me when I am angry, I forget how to behave. I really don’t want I end up hurting my children or my partner. I want to deal with it before getting into a relationship. 😞

I go to such an emotiinal anger that my chest literally hurts and i want to punch anyone or anything so bad. I just get so beyond pissed off when people make the most stupidest (imo) mistakes for things tht are the most basic things like if ur unsure of something ask before u make a mistake that messes peoples day and schedules plus adds unneeded stress to them. Idk i just have such a hard time keeping my self from getting to a point were even my chest hurts from the unadulterated rage.

I have felt this way many times, , for me sometimes it comes out because of school work, , or anything small and petty that makes me very angry. i would either throw something or snap pencil and kick stuff, , it takes me a while to calm down too

Sometimes when I hear something from someone which triggers my anger I just resort on grabbung my earphones, plug it and turn on the volume in its highest. I don't want to hear the thing that triggers me because if not I'll lash out on the person

This is great and all if you have problems with outbursts, but what about the rest of us who can control ourselves? Distractions like listening to music or exercise, are a great temporary solution, but as soon as I finish whatever "doctor recommended method" I just go back to being angry. I"m miserable, and living life feels like a chore. Being alone makes me angry, other people make me angry, the news makes me angry, my country makes me angry, the roads make me angry, music makes me angry, my back problems make me angry... At this point it'd be easier to list off the things that don't make me angry.

I get angry when other people are angry. I feel cheated that THEY get to be angry and show it, while I have to be angry ALL the time, and not be able to show it at all.

Life sucks. Wish me well on my journey.

anger is one of many human emotions. Didn't Arnie say anger is better than despair? I go for a walk, exercise is fantastic at burning off those angry feelings. Don't bottle it up. Have to be aware, and not let the feeling override you and remember the consequences of being angry and how you could harm yourself or others
