Thank you these are great classes to do before work, love to see some more knee classes as I have an autoimmune that’s destroying my knee cartilage rapidly I’m only 51 so way too young for knee replacements 😊

Wow wow wow! I love this! Thank you so so much! I have a lot of problem in my hips and muschles around with uneveness because of jumping on ceiches for 3cmonta 5 years ago and I can geel how my body turns to one side all the time so this was so good stretch and workout. More of getting these deep muschles will be so fantastic. Lots of love 🫶🙏☺️🤗🤗

Thank you Melissa. My knees feel good. Sometimes being gentle is not easy. In fact gentle helps to ease into the pose. Breath is also a key component. ❤️
