“Self sacrifice is not healthy love.” ThankYou for this. I’ve been doing it..while not knowing what it was.

Every night I make a point of thanking God for every good thing in my life. I find that I can never list all my blessings in one prayer, and it reminds me of how much I really have to be thankful for. It gives me peace.

This VDO is good because he focuses on how to help yourself rather than only describing the situation.

How to get rid of the fear? How to get the motivation when depressed / hopeless? What if you tried the gratitude for many months and you feel no better, maybe worse? I know people like this, i don't want to tell them what to do or feel, but maybe sneak a bit of good stepping in somehow.

I was willing to make a duplex to help my x as he blew it financially... He will be okay. But I was thinking it would help him get back on his feet. Even though I knew he is as evil as hell. So thankful for the videos..

2:40 women may not leave due to fear about whether anyone else will want them….OR, fear that the man they leave will hunt them down and kill them. A former bf actually told me that if I did something he didnt like, he would ‘hunt me down’. Those words.

Fear is their best tool they use on innocent people at v early age, and man they get results and with time they polish their skills so well that no one can catch them or hold them responsible for ruining their whole life

All the words of advise doesn't change the actual facts that one has to live through, but its nice to hear your own voice i suppose...

After watching this video twice, I realized one thing: YOU are your own rescuer otherwise you continue to keep yourself in a prison, and at that point, you have made a choice..

I've been on both sides of the issue, and it feels so good not to chase my tail anymore.

I say it this way: Problem/Concern, Strategy/Solution, (focus on the) Outcome! When you sit still, all the problems begin..

5:45 - Victim mentality - Self sacrifice without boundaries. The receiver is working out of their emotions.

They don’t *feel* they don’t *think* it’s so patronizing. As if I mind set makes the difference. It’s an objective reality that I’m not enough regardless of my perspective thinking I am. I get to be a narcissist, a victim, a sinner, anything BUT good enough

never any good choices-they are circumstantial
