These are my daily disciplines I've done for years
1 meditate
2 cold shower
3 exercise and diet
4 practice art and music
5 journal
6 study how to books
7 say hi to everyone in my zone even if they don't care
8 save money
9 have a vision board
10 stay joyful and great full as much as possible
Exercise is not a act but a habit keep stretching your body and mind there's no limit 👌

I am a female fan. I really appreciate what you have to say and provide. Kind of gives me a different prospective for myself. Thanks!

1. Wake up Journal dump 3 page
2. Find a tribe or a mentor- preferably other men (For encouragement)
3. Cut off all external dependency. Learn to trust your own guidance
4. Define your life vision
5. Take action

Yes I’m definitely a man child, stunted and toxic and a lot of messed up patterns, and I definitely have Peter Pan syndrome

Damn…. I really needed this kind of help 45 years ago. It is too late for me now.

PLEASE people… if you recognize these traits in yourself, take action NOW! You really don’t want to end up like me. Majorly disappointed in myself and depression that is crippling. I wish that I could turn back the clock, but that is not an option.

I've had this all my life the result of being raised by women with no male role models to guide my transition into manhood.

I am pretty sure I have this And I am a woman…. I still live with my mom . Dont do chores, sleep all day . And everytime when there are conflict ibmy relationships i either cry or lock myself in my room and run into my fantasy world and imagine everything will be okay and refuse to accept reality

And my way of dealing with my problems including sleeping all day and fantasize about romantic relationships and success that I never have to make me feel better . And I often dont take any actions to avoid pain

I live with my grandmother who is disabled, my aunt, and uncle. I grew up loving Peter Pan. My grandmother even had a personalized Peter Pan story but replaced it with my my name. I’m 26, and react some days like a 5 year old boy, 15 year old teenager, and some days I don’t even respond to reality. Some days I just live inside my head. I’m concerned I might develop schizophrenia. I need so much help.

Oliver, rather than public videos, your content seems like private videos you've recorded exclusively for me. It's like we have had hours of conversations and you know my history and problems and then you have started recording personal videos for me. Keep up the good work man. Watching video by video and growing with each video.

It seems some people use Peter Pan syndrome for everyone who doesn't have some certain path. If someone is 40, 50 yo or 60 yo and doesn't have partner and children and doesn't have certain expert carrier and works for example as a clerk in the office and knows something like bit of programming, graphic programs, excel and all those office things and so on and have some hobbies like sport or art and wanna stay young, doesn't really mean it is Peter Pan syndrome.
